Landscaping:

Patio Homes' Trimming and Clean Up are limited to approximately 20-30 minutes per home with 2-3 workers.
-Any trees or bushes taller than 5' are the responsibility of the homeowner.
-Any bushes or plants that the homeowner does not want trimmed must be marked with a pink or red flag tied to it prior to the above listed dates.
-Any unruly undergrowth or unwanted plants and bushes are the responsibility of the homeowner.

House gutter's leaf and debris removal is the responsibility of the homeowner.
